Itinerary
DAY 1: FES – IFRAN – AZROU – MIDELT – ER-RACHIDIA – ERFOUD – ERG CHEBBI
The beginning of the 4 days tour from Fez to Merzouga shall be today. After having our breakfast in the hotel, we will leave Fez and Seek Merzouga, on our way; we will pass by several amazing cities and villages. The first city we will pass by is Ifran. There, we will have our first pause to walk throughout the city’s streets and take some lovely picture in the fascinating natural parks. Afterwards, we will continue our trip until arriving to Azrou, another beautiful and amazing atlas city. In Azrou, we will have time to feed monkeys and take some crazy amazing selfies. Later on, we will resume our journey, and drive via Midelt, which is a town known by its high quality apples. From Midelt and via the Ziz Valley, the desert atmosphere will dominate. And we will continue driving until we are in Errachidia. There, in Errachidia, we will stop for lunch before leaveing to Merzouga via some Amazigh villages such as Rissani, once we are in Merzouga, we will choose a hote for dinner and accommodation.
DAY 2: 4 × 4 TOUR IN ERG CHEBBI DUNES
In the following day, we will wake up and have our breakfast before starting another journey. Today’s journey will be a tour throughout the countryside of Merzouga and Erg Chebbi. Among the places we will visit in this tour there is Khamilia and Hassi Lbied. There will be also an amazing garden that contains some beautiful panoramic views; we will stop there to enjoy the moment. Afterwards, we will drive towards Zagoura and Khmilia. In khamilia we will stop to discuss with the inhabitants who are known by their generosity and kindness. Later on, we will seek the high dunes on camels to enjoy the sunset and spend an unforgettable within the golden sand and the shining stars. You will also enjoy some delicious traditional dishes and enjoy the spiritual Amazigh music.
DAY 3: ERG CHEBBI – RISSANI – ERFOUD – TINEJDAD – TINEGHIR – TODRA GORGES
Waking up will be with sunrise to enjoy the fascinating view of the desert in early morning. Afterwards, we will ride our camels and head back to the hotel in Merzouga to take a shower and breakfast. And then this day program will be paying Todgha Gorges a visit. On the way to Todgha, we will pass by several beautiful authentic villages and towns such as Rissani, Zawiya of Moulay Ali Shrif, and Tinjedad. There, in Tinejdad, we will stop to lunch before continuing to Todgha Gorges to spend our night there.
DAY 4: TODRA GORGES IN FES
In the last day, we will wake up and breakfast, then start our journey back to Fez via Atlas Mountains’ towns and cities where we will stop for lunch before continuing to Fez. Once we take you back to your hotels or Riads, our duties will be accomplished.
