5 DAYS TOUR TANGIER MARRAKECH

Itinerary

DAY 1: TANGIER – CHEFCHAOUEN – FES:

In day 1 of this tour, we will leave Tangier towards Fez. On the road we will pass by several amazing villages and towns such as, Chefchaouen, where we will have a pause to explore its historical monuments and learn about its history. Afterwards, we will continue driving via the Rif Mountains until reaching Fez, where we will book in a traditional Riad and spend our first night there.

DAY 2: EXPLORATION OF FES – IFRANE – MIDDLE ATLAS MOUNTAIN – MIDELT:

in early morning, we will start our day by a delicious breakfast, and begin a tour in the city of Fez. This city is a real treasure, it contains countless amazing things to see and visit like, the mausoleum of Moulay Idris, the Tanneries, Nejarine, and more. With the help of a local guide we will visit almoest every inch in the city. In the afternoon, we will leave Fez towards Midelt, a city in the Middle Atlas. But on our way to Midelt, we will have pause in some other cities such as in Ifran, and Azrou where we can enjoy nature. Once we are in Midelt, we will choose a hotel for dinner and accommodation.

DAY 3: MIDELT – RISSANI – MERZOUGA DESERT AND CAMELTREKKING:

A delicious breakfast is what we will start our day by. And after that, we will begin our journey to Merzouga. And for us to reach Merzouga, we will have to drive via Tizi N Tlghamt and through the tunnel of Zaabel which leads to Errachidia. And from there, we will continue driving and pass by Erfoud, Rissani and finally arrive to Merzouga. Upon arrival to Merzouga, we will leave our luggage in a hotel and drive camels via the dunes with alocal guide who will lead us through sand to a nomadic tent where we will spend our night.

DAY 4: MERZOUGA DESERT – TODGHA GORGE – DADES VALLEY – OUARZAZATE:

In early morning, we will be waked up by our guide to watch the charming sunrise, and ride back camels to our hotel in Merzouga, and there, in Merzouga, we will have our breakfast and take a shower before starting another adventure. In this adventire, we will seek Ourzazate the city of art and cinema. This city contains one of the biggest studios in South Africa, and is the place where countless successful movies were filmed. Before reaching Ouarzazate, we will pass by Todgha gorges which are famous for its breathtaking natural views and have a pause there to explore the place. Next we will continue via the beautiful Vallley of the Dades until coming into Ourzazate.

DAY 5: OUARZAZATE- AIT BENHADDOU KASBAH- MARRAKECH:

The last day of the tour will be a journey towards the red city, Marrakech. In the morning, we will leave Ourzazate to pay a visit to the famous kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. From Ait Ben Haddou, we will drive via Tizi N Tishka to Marrakech. Om the way to Marrakech, we will stop at some co-operations of Argan to see how they produce the well-knoen Oil of Argan, and then we will continue our trip until reaching Marrakech, which will be at the afternoon. In Marrakech, we will go to tour Jamaa El Fnna and then seek our hotel or Riad for accommodation.
